Thank goodness I rarely have any allergies, but hubby had them horribably for the longest time.
About 7 or 8 years ago, we started doing away with anything that was scented and went to the "free" products.  That has helped him so much.  I do have to be careful of perfumes that I use and the types of candles I burn… nothing with a lot of "floral" scents.  He is a dialysis patient now so we are extremely careful when his allergies do flare up.  Thanks for sharing this information, Pat!!

      Hi Livvie,

You have been very wise to eliminate those things that triggered allergy symptoms for your hubby. I do not even wear perfume any longer after I realized so many people are allergic to scents.

You mentioned your hubby is a dialysis patient. There is a product I would like to share with you. It is called AloeVeraPlus. One person I know of was in kidney failure. One of their family members started giving them a teaspoon at a time as often as they seemed to be able to take it… every hour or so. By the 2nd or 3rd day, the person’s kidney’s started functioning again. I’m not saying it would restore your hubby’s kidney function but I do know it would not harm and would be worth trying… even if it restored some function. Here’s the link for the Aloe Vera Plus:

So happy to have you as a new reader of my blog.

I have never had allergies, thank goodness. However, when it gets dry and windy out here in Southern California, I  get terrible migraines. Best remedy is hydrating even more than I do now and staying indoors. Also washing my hair and changing my pillow case nightly. The dust and pollen seems to be greatly reduced when I do. Nice list of products you shared.

      Hi Laurie,

More than likely the migraines are how certain allergens are manifesting in your body. You are so right… staying adequately hydrated is very important. Most people do not realize all the many benefits of drinking water.

I would suggest you supplement with the NeoLife Salmon Oil Plus. It is very benefical for the brain, inflammation and pain. It doesn’t work like an over the counter pain reliever but as an important nutrient so you will need to take it regularly not just when you are having a migraine. You can take it alone or I would suggest you take the NeoLife ProVitality+ which includes the Salmon Oil Plus.

You can try the NeoLife ProVitality+ at my cost by joining the NeoLife Club.

Pat, I am so glad that you have shared this article about allergies. I have two family members that are having a very difficult time right now due to the high levels of pollen. I have never heard about  about RespEleven and would love to learn more about it.

As an allergy suffer it can be hard at time to figure it all out. So it is always good to learn new points of view and ideas.

      Hi Heather,

Yes, to those seeking answers to their allergies, it can be very difficult to figure it all out. All things do not work for all people but one thing I do know is ‘when your immune system is in tip-top shape’ you will have better success at fighting those allergies. Unfortunately most people are looking for a quick fix rather than a long-term more permanent fix.

The ‘key’ is to ‘boost the immune system!’

      Thanks for commenting,

      Pat

Allergies are definitely a deal that many people suffer from. Improving diet and lifestyle, eliminating allergens from the home, avoiding harsh chemicals, etc. all make a huge difference. I find that in certain parts of the country I have much more trouble than others. Thanks for offering support and nutritional advice for those in need.

      Hi Takara,

Yes, certain parts of the country have plants that are more prone to cause allergies when a person’s immune system is not strong enough to help their body rid itself of the allergens. As you mentioned there are several actions we need to take to be able to improve our response to the various allergens we are exposed to even when we make wise choices in lifestyle.

Great insight in your comment. Thanks.

I've had allergies my whole life, yet developed food allergies later in life. Since completely changing my eating, lifestyle and cleansing I've noticed huge improvements! So I can totally believe that this would be a great solution for someone. This is a great article thanks for educating people on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.

      Hi Stephanie,

Isn’t it amazing what a difference changes in lifestyle and eating can do for your health? Allergies of all kinds are certainly not necessary when we make the right choices of foods and lifestyles as well as proper supplementation. It is important that people be willing to be educated.

Thanks for your very supportive comment.

Wow! Hearing these testimonies is incedible, about the effectiveness of RespEleven. I'm thinking of a friend right now who has been suffering incredibly with allergies, and I will share this with her. I'm glad I don't suffer from allergies, but so many people do.

The woman who no longer has to visit the hospital twice a month… wow. Totally amazing, life-saving!

      Hi Susan,

Yes, it is amazing that my friend no longer has to deal with inhalers or breathing machines. Her husband was absolutely delighted as each hospital visit was scary.

Thank you for sharing my article with your friend. This isn’t hype, its real!

      Have a blessed Easter.

I'm allergic to mold and my sinuses start to swell and hurt. Usually I try inhaling oreganol oil. These vitamins look like they do agreat job at making allergy season easier!

      Hi Gilly,

Yes, the NeoLife supplements are wonderful for allergies. Prior to taking the supplements in 1985 I was starting to have some allergy symptoms but managed to turn that around. Now on the occasion I notice a few symptoms like a stuffy nose, I immediately start taking the Resp-Eleven but that is not that often since I am on a very good supportive supplement program. I’ve heard that oregano oil is good and even peppermint oil. Another natural tip for sinus issues is to use a saline nasal solution or flush.

I can see how you could benefit from our supplements as typically allergies to mold will only get worse if you do not do something to help your body cope. Ideally ProVitality+ would be very helpful for you and Resp-Eleven as needed.

      Check it out!

      Hi Caroline,

How sad your pet is suffering allergies without solutions! Do the allergies show up as skin problems or some other symptom? One thing I would suggest trying is NeoLife’s Salmon Oil Plus especially if it is skin problems. We have given our dogs Salmon Oil at various times so know it is perfectly safe. We also have a Pet supplement called Pet Pal. It’s likely supplements might help… just like with humans.

      Let me know.

Allergies can be terrible for so many people. Thank you for sharing how to increase your immune sytem so that your body can defend itself in an easy to understand way. There are so many things on the market it is hard to understand what so many of these things do.

      Hi Meryl,

It is sad to see people suffer with allergies when a majority of the suffering is not really necessary. Many products on the market do not have the balance of nutrients that whole food supplements like NeoLife has… as a matter of fact, very few do. A healthy immune system can defend itself from most allergens.

      Thanks for visiting and commenting.
